Shipping Within Australia
The shipping and handling costs are calculated as the table below:

Your signature may be required to confirm receipt and acceptance of deliveries. Your daytime contact phone number will be included where possible so as local delivery people can contact you if necessary.
Regardless of the normal delivery time for international orders, it is not unusual for such mail to be delayed given the security concerns in our world at the moment. The shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight and shipping country at real time, of which are categorised into 4 zones. For more information about the country zones, please refer to Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au. Please note that there is a AU$10 handling fee for purchases outside Australia.
www.shoreoptical.com.au does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they our responsibility.

Orders for items not stocked at our office will be dispatched in 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so when proceeding with an order. In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Regular Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area (normally is within 6 days). Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

Our Exchange policy
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged, thus choose the products carefully before submit the purchase, as there are no returns for incorrect ordering.

Exchanged products can usually be exchange if they are received back by www.shoreoptical.com.au within 30 days of shipment
We cannot accept items returned after 30 days or that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts.

If a return is made pursuant to the policies set forth above, here's how to return the product to us:
If you no longer have the original invoice, please request a copy from us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to enclose with your returned product. This way we'll know exactly who the product is from and there will be no confusion.
